Harry Bajraktari was born in 1957, in Vranoc, Lug of Baran, municipality of Peja. His family emigrated to the United States in 1969.
Harry is a successful Real Estate developer in New York and Kosovo. He is a founding member and former vice chairman of the National Albanian America Council (NAAC) based in Washington, DC. He also the founder and publisher of Illyria, the Albanian-American newspaper in New York.
